1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting a Get Quote request, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our Services
- BJUC acts as a consultant between international buyers and trusted Japanese exporters/auctions.
- We do not maintain ready stock; all vehicles are sourced on-demand based on the customer’s requirements.
- Our role is to arrange quotations, facilitate purchases from Japan, and manage shipping to the buyer’s chosen port.
3. Buyer Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when submitting requests.
- Review and confirm quotations before making any payment.
- Ensure compliance with your country’s import laws, duties, and regulations.
- Complete customs clearance in your country upon vehicle arrival.
4. Payment Terms
- Buyers must pay an advance (usually 30–50%) to secure the vehicle during auction.
- Full payment must be completed before shipment documents (e.g., Bill of Lading) are released.
- All payments must be made to BJUC’s verified bank account or approved payment channels.
- BJUC is not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete payments.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- BJUC arranges shipping through reliable logistics companies.
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination port and shipping line schedules.
- BJUC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, wars).
6. Documentation
We provide all essential documents, including but not limited to:
- Bill of Lading
- Export Certificates / De-registration documents
- Inspection certificates (if required by the destination country)
It is the buyer’s responsibility to use these documents for customs clearance.
7. Warranties & Vehicle Condition
- Vehicles are purchased directly from Japanese auctions and suppliers.
- BJUC shares genuine auction sheets and inspection reports provided by exporters.
- All cars are sold “as is” unless otherwise stated. BJUC does not provide manufacturer warranties.
8. Limitation of Liability
- BJUC acts only as a consultant and facilitator.
- We are not responsible for:
Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees in the buyer’s country.
Damage caused during shipping (covered under shipping company’s insurance, if applicable).
Buyer’s failure to comply with import rules and regulations.
9. Refund Policy
- Advance payments are refundable only if BJUC fails to secure the requested vehicle.
- Once a car is purchased on behalf of the buyer at auction, payments are non-refundable.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, images) is the property of BJUC and cannot be copied or reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan and Pakistan, depending on the point of service.
12. Updates to Terms
BJUC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the effective date.
